Brunel Sinfonia March 2020 concerts cancelled

Unfortunately due to the ongoing coronavirus outbreak, the Brunel Sinfonia committee has taken the decision to cancel both the evening and children concerts on March 21st.

Tickets purchased online through our website will be refunded shortly through our payment provider 'Stripe'.
Any other tickets that were bought through members of the orchestra will be refunded directly to that player.

We are obviously disappointed we cannot share this fantastic programme with you but hope to see you at our next concert which is currently planned for Saturday 11th July 2020.

Brunel lockdown orchestra

As we're not able to rehearse or hold concerts at the moment, we decided to have a go at creating our own lockdown video!  17 members of Brunel Sinfonia were involved in recording a performance of Elgar's Nimrod from the Enigma Variations: trumpet, wind quartet and lots of strings.   We hope you enjoy it as much as we enjoyed creating it.  Our next project is a cello arrangement of Elgar's Serenade for Strings, so watch this space...
